PROGRAMME SUPERVISOR ROLE

These people are our team leaders and have solid experience working with groups of children. We're seeking fabulous people who have the sort of leadership qualities that can achieve the unusual: the ability to influence people to do the job not only to the best of their ability, but to take the level of service provided to the children and parents to a level much higher than the norm

KIDSCO® will support you with training.

  • Fully funded support to complete the OSCAR Certificate with Open Polytech
  • Fully funded support to complete First Aid certificate
  • You'll complete a comprehensive 12 Module Training Programme that KIDSCO® has devised to ensure you have all the information you need to care for children between the ages of 5 to 11 years, and includes training in KIDSCO's specific model

Employment package may include:

  • Very competitive rates.  We'll base this on your experience, and the commitment you are able to make to KIDSCO®.
  • FREE CHILDCARE for your children.

Hours: 21 hours per week: must be available 2.15pm to 6.00pm Monday to Friday during school terms. The other 5 hours flexible for you to maintain the programme.  Holiday programmes run all day with staff rostered for 6 hours am or pm.


PROGRAMME ASSISTANT ROLE

Our programme assistants have some experience working with groups of children, enjoy outdoor activities and engaging with children of different ages.  Perhaps you have special talents to contribute. There is always room to include these.

KIDSCO will support you with training:

  • you'll complete a comprehensive 8 Module Training Programme that KIDSCO® has devised to ensure you have all the information you need to care for children between the ages of 5 to 11 years

Rates: our rates are very competitive.  

Hours: Flexible up to 15 hours per week: must be available 2.30pm to 5.30pm weekdays during school terms. We can accommodate 2 to 5 days per week, and job share. Holiday programmes run all day with staff rostered for 5 hours am or pm.
