• We confirm availability of enrolment days required & pick up location if applicable.
  
• You decide on a price option: Base Rate or Term Rate.
  
• You will receive an invoice by email, complete with payment plan, bank account details etc.
  
• You will receive a courtesy call on the first day of enrolment to reassure you that all is well.

Term Rate - STOPOVER® After School Care
This is the rate for you if you...

• prefer to know in advance that you childcare is secured
• are able to commit to a minimum of a Term booking

(This rate is significantly discounted.)

We can ensure that the days you require are available to you however this means that they are not available to others.  For this reason no credits will be given for days missed.

A child who is enrolled in STOPOVER® After School Care on a Term Basis automatically becomes a KIDSCO® Buddy

• Buddies receive discounted fees for term bookings throughout the year.
  
• Additional casual days needed from time to time are charged at the discounted rate.
  
• Buddies receive discounted rate for enrolment in KIDSCO® "HANGOUT WITH US"  - Holiday programmes.
  
• Buddies receive the first opportunity to book a place on our very popular Holiday Programmess.
  
• We run full-day programmes for teacher only days - KIDS DAY OFF®!
  

Our Guarantee: If you find after five consecutive days of care over two weeks that you or your child are not happy and wish to discontinue we will refund all money paid.
